wishlist for my truck

the following is a wishlist for things i want to add to my truck. why add stuff? to improve it of course. i am beginning to understand just how much you can tweak your truck. there are some pretty crazy mods that you can add, but there are also some pretty affordable mods that you can add on to make quite a different in performance and efficiency.

the wish list, in no particular order:

• new air intake system - preferably a 360airintakez unit. this will give the engine a nice boost in performance.
• new exhaust system - not sure what type to get - gibson exhausts look and sound pretty sweet. this is primarily to improve the look and sound of the truck.
• robert shaw 180 degree t-stat. to keep the truck running cool and optimal.
• ngk v-power spark plugs or autolite 3923's. when the time comes to replace these, i'll go with either ngk or autolite.
• new ignition wires to go with the new spark plugs. either ngk, magnecor or autolite.
• new all-terrain tires. when it comes time to replace the stock tires that came with the truck (goodyear wrangler rt/s) i will most certainly get bfgoodrich all-terrain t/a ko's, they are so sweet.
• front end hitch - part #5018 by hidden hitch to pull out my friends when they get stuck. ha ha!
• step bars - not sure what type to get. mopar has some that look quite good. more research needs to be done here.

truck mods

i'm also starting to realize that there are so many mods that i want to add to my truck. new spark plugs, new thermostat, larger tires, louder sound system... it's funny, you spend so much on a truck just so you can put more into it. strange. what have i gotten myself into? who knows but i'm sure liking it. yahoo!
